Handling time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. As each item is made and prepared especially for you, an additional day may occasionally be needed.

Israel

• Home delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Shipping fee: ₪15
• Free shipping on orders of ₪400 or more
• A tracking number is provided

United States

• Delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Shipping fee: $9.90
• Free shipping on orders of $150 or more

Canada

• Delivery: 5–8 business days after dispatch
• Shipping fee: $15
• Free shipping on orders of $150 or more

At this time, online checkout is available for delivery to Israel, the United States, and Canada. For another destination, please contact us before ordering.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs, weather, or courier delays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The item must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable.

To start a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and item name. We’ll send the return instructions and address. Once the item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is paid by Mella.
