Each order is carefully packed by hand and arrives in branded gift-ready packaging.
Handling Time
Order processing: 1-3 business days
As each item is crafted and prepared especially for you, an extra day or two may occasionally be required.
Domestic Shipping (Israel)
• Home courier: 2-5 business days from dispatch
• Registered mail: 5-10 business days
• Collection in-studio (advance appointment): Hof Hacarmel
Please note: delays may occur during holidays, winter season, or peak courier loads.
International Shipping 🌍
We ship to almost every country worldwide.
• Registered Air Mail 7-14 business days
• Express (DHL / UPS) 3-7 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, returns or exchanges are available according to the policy below:
Return Policy
• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt.
• The product must be new, in its original packaging, and unworn.
• Custom-made items are non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty
Mella is not responsible for delays or damage after the carrier has taken possession of the shipment, though we will always assist in extraordinary cases.
