This website, www.handmadebymella.com, is operated by Mella Jewelry and is intended for the direct purchase of handmade jewellery.
Your use of this website constitutes full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with one or more of these terms, please refrain from using the site.

💳 Purchases & Payments
All prices on the website are displayed in Israeli New Shekels (₪) and include VAT.
Payment is processed using a credit card, PayPal or other secure payment method via Shopify.
Your order will be processed after the transaction has been approved by the credit-card company.
If an item is sold out after you place an order, we will contact you and offer a substitution or a full refund.

🚚 Shipping
Our shipping and returns policy is detailed on the “Shipping & Returns” page and forms an integral part of these terms.

🔄 Cancellations & Returns
Orders may be cancelled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and our returns policy.
Hand-made to order jewellery cannot be returned.

💎 Product Warranty
Each piece of jewellery is handmade to high standards, but minor differences between the website images and the actual product may occur.
No liability shall be accepted for damage caused by improper use, or exposure to water, perfumes or chemicals.

The website is secured via HTTPS and all payments are processed through secure systems in accordance with international standards.

Mella is not responsible for any indirect, consequential or incidental damage arising from use of the website or its services.
In any event, our liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant product.
