Opening Order

Minimum opening order: $500 USD

Reorders

Minimum reorder: $250 USD

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order placement.

Orders will enter production once payment has been received.

Accepted payment methods will be provided upon order confirmation.

Production & Lead Times

All MELLA pieces are handcrafted to order.

Standard lead time is approximately 5-8 weeks, depending on order size and material availability.

For larger orders, production timelines may vary and will be communicated upon confirmation.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated separately and added to the final invoice.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the retailer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, wholesale orders are considered final sale.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Product Availability

While every effort is made to maintain consistency across collections, certain gemstones or materials may occasionally become unavailable.

In such cases, suitable alternatives will be discussed prior to production.
